Ankake Ramen is topped with stir fried seafood vegetables in a thick sauce.  Thick sauce keeps the ingredients and ramen very warm and flavorful.  Ankake is shoyu based with toppings:  shrimp, squid, shiitake mushroom, pork, nappa cabbage, and carrots.
